Booking conditions
For stays of 15 days or more, we grant a 6% discount on the person fee and pitch fee. Send us for your booking the completed request form. You will receive after confirmed offer a booking confirmation with the request for a deposit within 7 days, free of charge to our account. After receiving the deposit we will send you a confirmation immediately and the booking is binding. A booking is valid only after receipt of the deposit. The deposit paid (less any bank charges) is considered a credit towards the final invoice.

Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in writing. The right of withdrawal according to § 18 para. 1, 10 FAGG does not apply, but we have the following cancellation conditions:
- In case of cancellation 21 days before arrival you will get back 100% of the deposit.
- In case of cancellation within 21 days of arrival, we will retain the deposit or 50% of the amount paid for an online booking
- In case of cancellation 3 days before the date of arrival or in case of early departure we will charge you 100% of the tour price
