The deposit paid (less any bank charges) will be credited on the final invoice. There are no reservation fees.

With your reservation you agree to our pricing. Subsequent changes or price reductions are not possible.

Long-term stay:
For stays of at least 15 days, we grant a 6% discount on the person fee and the pitch fee.

A booking is only valid after receipt of the deposit. The deposit paid (minus any bank charges) will be credited towards the final bill.

• The pitch is available for you from 01:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
• If you wish to arrive in the morning, early check-in is only possible by prior arrangement and subject to availability. An additional fee will be charged for this.
• Should you arrive after 19:00, please let us know. Without notification, we can only keep the pitch free until 20:00. After this time it will be reallocated.
• On the day of departure, the pitch must be vacated by 11:30 a.m. at the latest.

Early departure or late arrival

• Fees for unused days will not be refunded.
• Pitches that have already been vacated can be re-let.
• Delays in arrival or early departure (e.g. due to bad weather) cannot be used as a reason for a refund.

Allocation of pitches:
The site management reserves the right to make changes to the pitch allocation if this is necessary for organizational reasons. No separate notification will be sent if the pitch is changed.

• Up to 21 days before arrival: Full refund of the deposit.
• From 21 days before arrival: The deposit will be retained.
• In the event of early departure: The full travel price will be charged.

Important notice:
Cancellations must be made in writing. There is no right of withdrawal according to § 18 para. 1, 10 FAGG.

We strongly recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance to protect yourself against unforeseeable events and risks.
